We will also use positive reinforcement for grades 5-12.  We will have class incentives and individual incentives in our discipline program.

Class Incentives could be of the following:

•1.       Watch a movie one day

•2.      Have a free day / study day

•3.      Have class outside

This can be achieved by a class if nobody's name has been written on the board for a certain number of days.  This will get the students involved in managing discipline.

Individual Incentives could be of the following:

•1.      Free homework / assignment pass

•2.      Note to the student

•3.      Note to the parent

•4.      Compliments in the classroom
